Compared to some other companies I’ve dealt with, the refund process here was okay. It wasn’t super fast and took a few days, but support did reply and I eventually got my money back. Not the smoothest experience ever, but definitely not the worst either.

"Pretty easy billing overall"
My payment went through fine, but I had a small billing question afterward because it wasn’t totally clear at first. I wasn’t sure if it meant something extra was coming or what.
Support replied the next day and explained it clearly. There wasn’t any extra charge or anything weird, so it was all good in the end. I’m taking off one star just because I had to ask about it.

"Easy to manage, even though I usually stick with my usual brand"
I’ll admit I normally stick with the brand I’ve been using for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching things up. But the account setup and management here was really easy. Everything was straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig around to figure stuff out. I’m still a little loyal to my old go-to, but this definitely made a good impression

"They’ve been looking good lately"
I’ve been checking FCZ here and there, and the team has just looked a lot more together lately. There’s something about the energy and the way they’re moving the ball that feels better, even if I can’t explain it perfectly. A few moments were still a bit frustrating, but you can tell they’re putting in the work and not just giving up near the end. As a fan, I’m happy with what I’ve been seeing.

I ordered from fcz.org and, shockingly, the delivery was actually faster than I expected. The updates came through like they were supposed to, and the package showed up without the usual drama. So yeah, credit where it’s due, happy with how smoothly it went...

"Pretty Decent, But Accessibility Needs Some Love"
The site mostly works fine, so that’s something. Some pages are easy enough to read, but then others randomly have tiny text like we’re all supposed to be browsing with a microscope. Keyboard navigation is also a bit hit or miss, because apparently consistency is overrated. It’s not a disaster, but it definitely feels like accessibility could use a little more actual attention.

"Got There Eventually, But It Felt Odd"
I did end up finding what I was looking for, but the navigation wasn’t exactly straightforward. Some things felt weirdly tucked away, almost like they didn’t really want you to find them too easily. It worked out in the end, but the layout could definitely be clearer

"Really easy, fun match day"
Went to a game here and had a great time. The stadium was clean, the seats were decent enough, and getting in was quick, which was nice because I hate standing around before a match, and the weather was kind of perfect too. Toilets were surprisingly better than I expected, and the food and drink lines moved fast. Signs were easy to follow, the atmosphere was really good, and it all just felt stress-free. I’d definitely go again

I had a look on FCZ for match tickets and there seemed to be good availability still. Choosing seats was fairly straightforward, and I didn’t really have to keep refreshing like I sometimes do on other sites. I got what I needed quite quickly, so I can’t really complain

Overall, my experience wasn’t bad, but I did find myself needing a bit more reassurance about the fees. Sometimes it wasn’t totally clear what I was being charged for, which made me second-guess things a little. It would’ve been better if everything was explained more upfront, but aside from that, it was okay.

The view from my seat was good, so no real complaints there. The seat itself was kind of hard after sitting for a while, like not terrible or anything, just not super comfortable. Overall, it was fine and I didn’t have any major issues

Went here on matchday and had a good time. The food options were decent and hit the spot, though the drinks took a little longer than expected. A friend had recommended it to me, and overall I’d say it’s a good shout if you’re looking for an easy place to grab food and drinks before or during the game.

"Seems Legit So Far"
I looked into FCZ after seeing a bunch of people in the community talking about it. i’m usually skeptical because I’ve been burned before by sites that everyone hyped up and then somehow I ended up being the one dealing with issues. But from what I’ve seen, most people seem to trust it, and I didn’t notice much drama or obvious red flags, which was kind of a relief. I can’t speak for everyone, but so far it looks like a solid site with a decent reputation behind it

"Pretty solid for the price"
I’ve been using FCZ for a little while now, and honestly... it feels worth the money. It’s nothing overly fancy, but it does exactly what I need it to do, and the price feels fair. I’d definitely use it again without really having to think twice...
